A portrait and commercial photographer in Northumberland County, Alana has a passion for telling stories through her imagery. Initially trained in zoology and working a career in genetics, Alana taught herself the art of photography as a therapeutic process following her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.

Alana creates painterly style traditional portraits and fine art, and also serves local businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals by providing headshots and commercial photography services. When not behind the camera Alana enjoys spending time in nature and developing the family homestead north of Port Hope.
