We're thrilled to welcome back Big Smoke Brass for this year's Prince Edward County Jazz Festival. They joined us last year, and their sold-out concert was such a big hit that we invited them back before they even left the stage. Born on the streets of Toronto, this funky, imaginative, high-energy group of young musicians will have you up and dancing the entire night. Your ticket includes a glass of wine and slice of pizza.
Steve Payne has been described by many as one of the most unique guitarists, multi-instrumentalists and singer/songwriter/performers of the modern day Blues/Roots genre. Al Lerman has built a solid career touring as an solo blues/roots artist, accompanying himself on acoustic guitar and rack harmonica.
Po’Boy Jeffreys is a Toronto-born, blues musician and singer/songwriter, a master finger-picker of early twentieth century roots music and a gifted storyteller who’s been winning the affection of audiences for 18 or so years. He will be returning to the Old Church patio this year with Calamity Jane!
PEC Jazz Festival welcomes the Brian Barlow Big Band with Laila Biali! Their 'Joni Mitchell & More' concert will feature the genre-bending talents of JUNO-winning vocalist Laila Biali. Enjoy a fresh take on the music of a living legend, as well as other original versions of selected pop tunes.
