Culture Days in Port Perry
Culture Days is a nationwide event celebrating the rich culture and diversity fostered in all Canadians. Scugog will be celebrating art and culture with interactive art activities for people of all ages; an indigenous drumming circle, henna demonstrations, an open Qigong class, readings by a local author, and an open mic for the entire community to partake in.

Entomologist and ecologist Laura Timms will speak about the cultural history, ecology, diversity, and conservation of lady beetles in our area. Her talk will cover how to identify some of our common and uncommon species, and what you can do to help efforts to conserve them.
