Fishing with Kids

The 16th annual Blair Smith Memorial Fishing with Kids event is a wonderful opportunity for children to experience the joy of fishing and create lasting memories with their families.
Each child attending the event will receive a special loot bag filled with fishing tackle, adding an extra touch of excitement to their day. Additionally, there will be a prize draw, face painting, a fishing pond, a booth with resources from the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, and complimentary hotdogs and drinks, making it a perfect family outing.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, children must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket. Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing poles and tackle.
Celebrate Blair Smith’s memory and enjoy a day of fishing, food and fun.
