The Belleville Nighttime Santa Claus parade is celebrating its 26th year! The parade will start and 4:3opm and will follow the same route as last year. It will begin at the Quinte Exhibition Raceway at Bridge St. West & Sidney Street and end at Bridge St. E. & Herchimer Avenue.
