Nature Walk and Scavenger Hunt

Join Willow Beach Field Naturalists (WBFN) for a refreshing walk in nature, with a twist. With an added component of a scavenger hunt, we will be paying attention to the small things and practicing identification skills. It is a fun and engaging way to explore nature. Moving at your own pace, this activity will fit most agility levels and is suitable for all ages.
Following the scavenger hunt, for those that are interested, we will complete an additional walk on one of the trails.
Because this outing is weather dependent, it is important to register so that we can notify you of any postponement. Please email [email protected] to register.
What to bring: Camera (phone or other), binoculars, water, bug spray, hat
Terrain: Mostly level. The main trail that we will be on is accessible. Any additional walking will be on clear trails through the forest, with very slight elevation gains.
Washrooms: Porto-let is available in the parking area
