Tai Chi Classes for PEC Seniors

Bloomfield Town Hall 289 Main Street, Bloomfield

Prince Edward Community Care invites seniors to join Krys Baklinski and Michael Gelman for a 12-week in-person tai chi series at the Bloomfield Town Hall. Classes for beginners will run from 9:45am-10:45am and classes for intermediates will run from 11:00am-12:00pm. The cost is $12.00 per person.

Alzheimer Society Minds in Motion Program

Minds in Motion® is a community-based social program that incorporates physical activity and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage signs dementia and their care partners. Combining physical activity and mental stimulation, Minds in Motion unfolds to laughter and chatter, with new friendships forming and stories being shared. This is an eight-week program.

Trinity College Students will be in the Rotary Room to assist with basic tech help. The students offer drop-in assistance with your social media accounts, device setup and more. Kindly note that there may be a bit of a wait depending on the volume of interest.
