Baby and Me Program at Trent Hills Libraries

The 10-week autumn session of Baby and Me is back at our two libraries (Campbellford and Hastings)! Help your baby (0-12 months of age) develop their pre-literacy and social skills. Learn new songs and remember old ones. Connect with other caregivers.

Colour as a Form of Expression

County Arts Lab 206 Main Street, Unit 2E, Picton

In this 6-week colour theory course, Julie Seddon will teach participants (ages 18+) traditional colour theory exercises such as the colour wheel and monochromatic scale. Drawing from art history, students will come to understand acrylic paints' range of effects and create a series of studies to put what they learn into practice.

Hallowe’en Rock Painting at Warkworth Library

Trent Hills Public Library - Warkworth 40 Main Street, Warkworth

Your Warkworth Library has a great after school workshop for kids ages 7-12 just in time for Hallowe'en! Join artist and educator Oceanna Jewell to paint spooky Hallowe'en Jack O'Lanterns on beach rocks and to contribute to a group painting activity. It's a great way to meet new friends and learn some painting skills!

ArtWorth Gardening Talks with Charlie Dobbin

Join Horticulturist and Landscape Designer, Charlie Dobbin, for three regenerative gardening and growing talks at the Aron Theatre Co-op. The fee is $10 per presentation or $25 for all three.
