Tai Chi Classes for PEC Seniors

Prince Edward Community Care invites seniors to join Krys Baklinski and Michael Gelman for a 12-week in-person tai chi series at the Bloomfield Town Hall. Classes for beginners will run from 9:45am-10:45am and classes for intermediates will run from 11:00am-12:00pm. The cost is $12.00 per person.

Alzheimer Society Minds in Motion Program

Minds in Motion® is a community-based social program that incorporates physical activity and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage signs dementia and their care partners. Combining physical activity and mental stimulation, Minds in Motion unfolds to laughter and chatter, with new friendships forming and stories being shared. This is an eight-week program.

Picton Pick-up

From June to October, Feral Folc and the Picton BIA are working in partnership to host gatherings for anyone interested and able to help tidy up around town. Everyone is welcome. Thanks to the Picton BIA, all garbage and recycling bags, gloves, hand-sanitizer, bag tags, and snacks are supplied. We will ensure that all the waste collected is properly disposed of.
