A Tribute to Gordon Lightfoot

Oriana Singers will mark the first anniversary of Gordon Lightfoot’s passing with a tribute concert. Musical guests Toast will also lend their talents to the event, which includes chart-toppers and other songs from the 1970s.
Recognized as both a composer and a singer, Lightfoot won 16 Juno Awards and was inducted into the Canadian Music and Country Music Halls of Fame and Canada’s Walk of Fame, and was named to the Order of Canada – just to name a few in a long list of accolades.
Choral selections are arranged by Canadian luminaries Larry Nickel and Mark Sirett, and will be performed under the baton of Artistic Director Lynn Janes, accompanied by Robert Grandy.
