Over many years, the Northumberland Wind Trio consisting of Bill Cross and Helen Torney on clarinet and Anne Olscher on bassoon have evolved into a tight-knit ensemble, characterized by a profound musical bond and a deep understanding of each other's playing styles.

Come celebrate Life & Love with the Frontenac Women's Chorus (FWC) during their spring concert. Admission is by free will donation, plus an item for the food bank. Highlights of the evening include a special guest, Anne Palmer (flautist) and a world premiere composition by the FWC's director, Stella ter Hart. This hit after hit show is a true Johnny Cash experience that celebrates the music and lives of 'The Man In Black' and his fun-loving wife, June Carter. The concert covers the entire career of Johnny Cash from the 1950's at Sun Records to 2003 with the American Recordings label and includes Johnny's biggest hits.

Al Lerman is a veteran bluesman with a highly personal style. With a great knowledge of the blues tradition on both harmonica and guitar, he brings that sensibility to songs that are written about his own contemporary life and times. His soulful delivery, coupled with wry and thoughtful songwriting, make him an engaging and hypnotic solo performer. He is considered among the top harmonica players in the country, and has been heard on countless recordings and live sessions.

The Commodores' Orchestra will be performing a medley of songs as part of the Eastminster United Church's concert series. Admission is by free will offering, with proceeds to Belleville's Open Door Cafe and Eastminster Church.

This benefit concert featuring the Brian Legere Quartet supports the Prince Edward County Jazz Festival, a not-for-profit, charitable corporation. You'll be the first to hear about the incredible lineup of main stage artists performing at this year's Festival from August 13th – 18th!
