Revered from The Met to London’s Royal Opera House, Gerald Finley is a Grammy Award-winning Canadian bass-baritone singer, known as one of the top dramatic interpreters of our time. Don’t miss his only Canadian appearance in 2024. Together with his cousin (and Westben Artistic Director) Brian Finley at the piano, the afternoon features an array of favourite opera arias and art songs.

Born on the streets of Toronto in 2017, Big Smoke Brass is a leading voice in the Canadian brass landscape, reveling in a mix of genres ranging from funk to rock, R & B and originals. With hundreds of high energy heavy-hitting performances, the ensemble has captivated audiences from back streets to TV screens.

Winner of the Ella Fitzgerald Award, Holly Cole enjoys an eclectic international career, winning three JUNO awards and selling hundreds of thousands of recordings. With jazz as her bedrock, she has been described as “starkly original and so obviously right” (Stereophile) and her sultry voice has been called “expressive in the extreme.”

Under the moniker Seyblu, Chelsey Bennett is a charismatic jazz vocalist who skillfully integrates jazz and R&B into her songwriting. Mesmerizing vocals meet heartfelt lyrics around the Campfire. Seyblu is deconstructing her typical band and backing-track performances to create special acoustic versions of her songs for the Campfire stage.

One of Canada’s foremost singers of jazz, blues and gospel, singer/actress Jackie Richardson enjoys a rich career which spans over five decades. Together with fellow jazz icon, pianist/composer Joe Sealy, she sings and narrates his inspirational “Africville” in this soulful, uplifting close to our 25th summer season!
