Colour Returns Art Show in Colborne

Meditation & Mental Wellness at Port Hope Library

Join us to engage in various guided meditation and short breathing exercises. The first 30 minutes of each session will include meditation and breathing. The last 30 minutes will include debriefing, checking in and psychoeducational topics. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on the ground; chairs will be provided to sit in.
